Agree the rules first
Set a budget, exchange date and delivery plan with your group. Draw names in person or with a separate drawing tool. Giftveil does not assign Secret Santa partners.
Everyone makes a wishlist
Add a few ideas within your group’s budget, from different shops if you like. Include sizes or preferences so your Santa has enough information to choose.
Send the right link to the right person
Share wishlist links with your organiser or group after the draw. A Santa can open the recipient’s link without an account, reserve a gift and buy it from the shop.

Does Giftveil draw Secret Santa names?
No. Draw names separately, then use Giftveil to share each participant’s gift ideas. Giftveil is a wishlist tool, not a Secret Santa matching service.
Can we set a Secret Santa budget?
Agree the budget with your group and add wishes within it. Giftveil can display an item’s price, but does not enforce a group budget or guarantee that a retailer’s price has not changed.
Does my Secret Santa need to install the app?
No. Your Santa can open the shared wishlist in a browser and reserve a gift without an account or app installation.
Can we use it for an office or family exchange?
Yes. Each wishlist owner needs an account. Your organiser handles the participant list and name draw separately, then shares the wishlist links with the group or assigned Santas.
Can the owner see gift reservations?
Reservations are hidden in the owner’s normal signed-in view. Anyone with the shared link can access the giver view, including an owner who opens it signed out. Share the link only with intended givers and avoid it yourself if you want a surprise.
