Delete your Giftveil account and associated wishlists and gifts in the app or on the web, or request help by email.

Delete from the app or website
In the native Giftveil app, open Account & help, enter your password under Delete account, and confirm Delete my account. On the website, sign in, open your profile and choose Delete account.
Open account settingsWhat is deleted
Deletion permanently removes your account, active sessions, wishlists, gifts, related gift reservations and linked affiliate-click records from the active database. You cannot undo it. It does not cancel purchases made at independent shops. Uninstalling Giftveil alone does not delete your account.
Cannot sign in?
Email hello@giftveil.com with an account-deletion request from your account email address. Say that you want to delete your Giftveil account and associated data. Do not send a password. We may verify ownership before deleting data. See the privacy policy for information about provider backups and logs.
